This Agreement is between you, as the user(s) of the Website (the “User(s)”), and AMBIR JEWELS (hereinafter referred to as AMBIR JEWELS). Before you subscribe to, participate in, or use the Website, AMBIR JEWELS expects that User(s) have fully read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.

User(s) Eligibility

User(s) means any individual or business entity/organisation that legally operates in India or in other countries, uses, and has the right to use the services provided by AMBIR JEWELS through the Website.

AMBIR JEWELS advises its users that, while accessing the Website, they must follow and abide by the applicable laws. AMBIR JEWELS is not responsible for any consequences caused by your behaviour during the use of the Website. AMBIR JEWELS may, in its sole discretion, refuse service to anyone at any time. The service is not available to members who have been temporarily blocked or indefinitely suspended from the Website.

The Website acts as a platform for jewellery products.

User Agreement

This Agreement applies to User(s) whether they are visitors or registered free or paid users who access the Website for any purpose. It also applies to any legal entity that may be represented by you under actual or apparent authority. User(s) may use this Website solely for their own personal or internal purposes.

Intellectual Property Rights

AMBIR JEWELS is the sole owner or lawful licensee of all rights to the Website and its content. Website content includes its design, layout, text, images, graphics, sound, video, etc. The Website content embodies trade secrets and intellectual property rights protected under worldwide copyright and other laws. All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in the Website and its content shall remain with AMBIR JEWELS.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement and/or Agreement and Privacy Policy shall be governed in all respects by the laws of India. AMBIR JEWELS intends to be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Refund Policy

We want you to love your shopping experience with us, but if something isn’t right, kindly let us know.

As a standard company policy across all direct points of sale, AMBIR JEWELS does not offer a return policy for domestic or international orders, whether for ready-to-ship or made-to-order pieces.

We assume that you agree to our Terms and Conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer returns. However, if you need any assistance, we will be happy to assist you.

All approved returns and/or exchanges, where applicable, are provided in the form of credit notes with a maximum validity of 3 months and are redeemable solely on the AMBIR JEWELS website. Credit notes cannot be redeemed during the End of Season Sale period.

All credit notes issued are for the MRP amount only and do not include any applicable shipping, duties, or taxes.
No returns or exchanges are allowed on discounted products.
Credit notes cannot be issued against made-to-order pieces.
Returns or exchanges, where applicable, are allowed only for AMBIR JEWELS products purchased through our own website and official stores.

Order Cancellation Policy

You have the option of cancelling your purchase and claiming a refund. However, this is allowed only within 24 hours of the time of purchase. In such cases, a refund in the form of a “credit note” will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of order cancellation. The credit note will be valid for 3 months from the date of order cancellation. For any cancellation requests received after 24 hours from the time of purchase, AMBIR JEWELS shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund.

Any orders placed at zero or at a significantly reduced value due to technical errors or glitches shall be deemed invalid, and AMBIR JEWELS reserves the right to cancel such orders without liability or prior notice.

Disclaimer

If you wish to change your order, any difference in the price of the revised order shall be payable before the order is updated.
If the price of the new order is lower than the original order, a credit note will be issued for the balance amount.
Any order submitted at a zero or materially reduced price due to a technical malfunction or error shall be considered null and void, and AMBIR JEWELS expressly reserves the right to cancel such order(s) without liability or prior notice.
