Reverse Parcels: For all other approved exchanges, customers are requested to send the product back to us, and the associated shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. AMBIR JEWELS is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. AMBIR JEWELS does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event, if return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse of any merchandise that does not meet above return/exchange requirements at  AMBIR JEWELS sole discretion.

Exchange is applicable only to purchases made directly through the. AMBIR JEWELS website. Products purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, stockists, or partner stores are subject to the respective seller's return and exchange policies.

To be eligible for exchange:

• A request must be initiated within 12 hours of delivery.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Items that are worn, altered, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.
